The Jewel Box Subscription Enrollment Instructions
Quarterly Enrollment
1. Register for an account by clicking "Create An Account". You MUST set up an account to sign up for the subscription!
3. Add one subscription box from the monthly subscription box page to your cart. PLEASE make sure your cart is clear of any other items during checkout and there are ONLY subscription items in your cart! I will cancel orders with additional items in the enrollment process.
Also, please make sure you read, acknowledge, and confirm you agree to the subscription terms and conditions before signing up.
4. Please choose the correct Shipping & Handling! $8.88 for the subscription box for domestic shipping. $16 for Canadian subscribers. $22 for all other international subscribers.
5. You will be charged the date the order is placed. Billing will occur on the 15th every three months for the duration of the subscription!

Once you check out, your spot has been secured! All boxes will ship the last couple of weeks of the following month after payment has been processed the previous month. Subscribers will be informed if there are any delays on box shipment.
