Whenever I'm out vending at an event, aside from the usual, "Oh my God, your products are beautiful," women often ask me, "How Do I Start Journaling?"

This is a fantastic question, and it's one I love to answer because journaling has been such a transformative practice in my own life. The truth is, there are many ways to start journaling, and the most important step is simply to START. However, to make it easier and more enjoyable, here are 10 simple tips to help you get started on your journaling journey:

1. Choose Your Journal

First, select a journal that you love. There are so many beautiful journals available that can meet you at whichever price range you fall in.
